On first listen, it was good, but I was a little disaffected. Then, I listened a few times, got a lot more into it. I started listening to songs individually, and oh my god. I love it now. The lyrics, the melodies, fuck even the horns are wonderful. Tim talks religion for some of the songs (more specifically, dissatisfaction with religion) and it's fucking perfect as usual. Holy crap, I love Tim Kasher. I love him. Some of my favorites: "Rise Up! [29 Sep 2005|02:44pm] [ music | Cursive - "Come On Eileen (Live)" ] HSFASF Okay, so I just found a live recording of Cursive covering "Come On Eileen" and it's the most exciting/amazing thing ever. I should have had this in my life much sooner. On another note, I hate Cascade In Blue so fucking much I can taste it. Seriously, they're fucking horrible. I can't complain about them enough. But they'll probably get really famous and be the next shitty Fall Out Boy, and be just another example of undeserved fame. 009 & Cold as numbers.
